An Unbelieving Friend’s Experience:

• I have a friend that owns probably the largest commercial photo studio in the U.S., working with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc… His wife loves to go to go to a little cottage they have on one of the Beaches in North Carolina with their kids. Concerning our products, she did not believe that there was a product that was as effective as our products, and she made these statements without using the products, so one weekend she took her regular towels to the Beach which she has washed with a wash ball I had sent to her husband to wash the family clothes with. He threw the wash ball in the washing machine and the towels she took to the beach were towels washed with our wash ball. So after, going to the beach she asked her 10 year old to put the wet towels in the trunk of their car, so her 10 year old did as she was told, by placing them in a black plastic bag, and threw them behind a tire that hide the bag from site. Two weeks later, after grocery shopping, the wife discovered the black plastic bag of towels and felt after seeing the black bag, that she would have to throw them away due to the growth of mildew, especially after they had been sitting in the heat of their trunk after all this time. When she opened the plastic bag however, there was no smell at all, as a matter of fact, they smelled clean, because in fact they had been cleaned due to our fiber, because they had been sitting in an atmosphere that made the fibers the most active and had killed all the bacteria, thus they smelled great.

Our product samples have changed people's lives, and their view point concerning sustainable products:

• I live on Hilton Head Island in South  Carolina and have a friend  who owns a 70 ft yacht. I asked him to take one of our towels out on his yacht during a recent cruise to the Caribbean.  When he got back after 4 weeks, he came straight to my house directly from the boat, because normally when he goes out to sea, his towels are the first to smell moldy, but after 4 weeks out, everything on his yacht had molded like it always does, except for our towel, which had no moldy smell at all.
  

• My wife and I use our towels for 60 to 90 days at a time without washing them, because the moisture from our body, as we wipe off from our shower, activates the ions in the towel and cleans the towel. When we do wash the towels we only use warm water, NO DETERGENT, to get out the oils from our bodies off the towel, them use them again for 60 to 90 days. THINK ABOUT HOW SUSTAINABLE THIS IS:  We do not use electricity to wash the towels for 60 to 90 days, we do not use ANY caustic laundry detergents, containing phosphates, that create millions of dollars of heath issues for our government and for the public, and the towels are totally biodegradable or recyclable.
  

• The factory workers in a spinning mill in Thomasville, NC were given socks that were made from our fibers and after a week or so the older gentlemen that work in the mill started coming into the main office and telling us that the cracks in the heels of their feet had healed and disappeared due to their use of wearing our socks. This was surprising to us, so we called a microbiologist at the University of South Carolina as asked him what he thought had happened and he told us that because of what our socks were made of, the fungus in their feet had been killed which caused the cracks and so by using our socks their cracks had disappeared.
  

• The COO of one of the largest sock factories in our nation is an avid jogger, and used one of our T-shirts while running for four weeks, he sent it back to me with salt deposits showing all over it from his sweat. I called him after receiving it back in the mail, and asked why he did not put it in water to get the salt deposits off, and he told me, “well I didn’t have to, my sweat soaked the T-shirts everyday and cleaned it, I could not get it to smell, so I sent it back to you to see for yourself.”
  

• The Spinning Mill that supplies this sock factory with yarns, and supplies yarns to companies that make military issued clothing call me one day and said he had sat down and figured up that if the military used our fibers, that are far more functional that what they are using now, they would save 30% in cost, from what he was supplying to the military at present just from the yarn cost, let alone all the advantages that would be created up-the-line in manufacturing from using our fiber, and above all, not to mention the benefits to the soldiers.

Natural Marketplace 2010

This e-mail was sent from the standards director of the Natural Marketplace Expos which is the largest and oldest expo of natural products in the world. He is the toxicology and efficacy director of the shows, and works hand in hand with the EPA, US Marshall Service and the FDA to assure that all products that go into the Natural Market expo are certified properly. As a matter of fact the FDA booth was right next to ours. He is very strict, and US Marshalls are at the show to pick up product if you do not adhere to EPA and FDA regulations and la We were the only company displaying at this natural products show with textiles products. This standards director came directly to our booth after getting to the show to meet me and my wife, because he and the management staff of this 50 year old show was so fascinated with our products, I gave him samples of our Towels, T-Shirts and socks….because he was going on           vacation to a lake after the show. I gave him the products and I told him to hike in the socks, and use the towels with Lake water and they would clean themselves if he did.

      This is the e-mail that I received from him:

Hi Mark,

Just letting you know that I’m wearing one of the t-shirts you gave me at Natural Market Place in Las Vegas, and it’s great.

I’ve worn the socks several times on long hiking and camping trips, and they perform just as promised.

Cut Down Laundry Time and Expense

• I love the socks! So nice to have to remind oneself to wash socks--usually the odor is the indicator washing is needed. The socks are also comfortable to wear. I want more! Thanks to not having easy access to washer/dryer facilities while living in my first  apartment, I require a daily fresh towel for the bath.  However, with this towel, there is no odor and the texture is the same as a fresh towel. No More Worries in the Kitchen......

• No more worries in the kitchenI have found that when using regular washcloths and towels they easily become mildewed within a day or two of using them, which would not be a problem if I could remember to throw them in the wash fast enough before my family uses them in such a state! However, with this fabric, I can leave it out much longer and never worry about my child’s face getting wiped with a stinky cloth or a clean dish becoming bacterially dirty, and that is one huge kitchen cleaning problem solved!  SR NC
  

   Loved These Products!

• The towels and socks were great! I judge my normal bathroom towel washing times with the smell test. I probably used these towels for about three months before washing.  Even then, I washed only out of guilt, not because they smelled dirty.  The socks were the same way. Loved these products! I would reccomend to anyone!
