Both the biogenetic raw material and the production process are eco friendly, and the fibers are biodegradable. Another fiber that we use in our products is the Cottina Cotton, this
is enhanced cotton technology is eco-friendly dyeing only 5% of dyes
during the dying procedure saving 95% of dyes from being
dumped into our fresh water system. Normal dyeing requires
equal amount of Salt and Dye. This procedure uses NO salt.
Also, normal dyeing requires 180 to 200 degree temperatures for 6 to 8 hours. This dyeing process takes only 20 to 30 minutes at 90 degrees, saving a tremendous amount of energy. Thus excellent color fastness, no fading.
