SAMPLE 1
Three Petri dishes containing 20mL of
Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA), were inoculated
with Candida albicans ATCC 10231
(Bacteria that causes yeast infection on humans, especially women and children).
Product Samples cut 15X15mm were
gently applied on top of 2.1 million Candida albicans bacteria. As you can see on
image #3 below, there is no grow where
samples were applied during test period,
due to contact with product material.
SAMPLE 3
Three Petri dishes containing 20mL of
Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA), were inoculated
with MR Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)
ATCC 33591 (Bacteria that is resistant to
Methicillin Antibacterial Drugs) Product Samples cut 15X15mm were gently applied on top of 3.6 million Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. As you can see on image #3 below, there is no grow where samples were applied during
test period, due to contact with product material.
SAMPLE 2
Three Petri dishes containing 20mL
of Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA), were inoculated with Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 (Bacteria that causes Urinary tract
infection (UTI) in humans, especially women and children). Product Samples cut 15X15mm were gently applied on top of 45 million Escherichia coli bacteria. As you can see on image #3 below, there is no grow where samples were applied during test period, due to contact with product material.
